Straight up not the best drawing of a rose but there’s something about it. It invokes something when I look at and for that it belongs in the collection. I love the vibrancy of the stem and how some of piece looks childlike while others have a hyper realistic quality. This one isn’t that deep, just sat down one day and let the pastels guide me. I hope you like it enough to hang it in the crib.
